CODE OF ETHICS

Having a passion for justice means that we're also sticklers for honesty, integrity and clear communication. That's why we enthusiastically embrace the Code of Ethics as established by the NC State Bar. It's a Code that defines professional conduct for attorneys practicing law in our state.

We strive to communicate truthfully and clearly in our advertising and website content. We're very careful about how we speak about our Board Certified specialty. And we never advertise settlement amounts or success rates regarding the outcome of cases.

According to the Code of Ethics, those are the rules. All N.C. attorneys know them. And at Deuterman Law Group, we follow them.

North Carolina State Bar

The State Bar is the N.C. agency charged with regulating and disciplining attorneys. All lawyers licensed to practice in North Carolina must be members of the State Bar.
