Una de las cosas m\u00e1s importantes que puedes hacer si sufres migra\u00f1as cr\u00f3nicas es llevar un calendario. Lleve un calendario de sus s\u00edntomas, su frecuencia, su gravedad, cu\u00e1les son sus s\u00edntomas, y aseg\u00farese de llev\u00e1rselo a su m\u00e9dico, ya sea su m\u00e9dico de cabecera o su neur\u00f3logo.
