From a young age, Victoria Stepien planned to become an attorney, always imagining she would practice family law. But after interning and clerking at personal injury firms during law school, she discovered a passion for helping people rebuild their lives after life-altering injuries.
Victoria worked as a legal resident and law clerk in the Deuterman Law Group’s personal injury and workers’ compensation departments while at Elon University School of Law, gaining valuable professional experience.
After law school graduation and admission to the bar, she joined the firm’s personal injury department as an associate attorney in the Winston-Salem office.

Victoria began modeling for Ford Models when she was 14. She was later signed to Wilhelmina agency and modeled for them during college. In fact, her modeling career ultimately led Victoria to North Carolina.
