Your Role and Responsibilities.
As a Veterans Disability Attorney at DLG, you’ll be a key advocate for veterans seeking the benefits they earned through their service. Your role involves providing comprehensive counsel and representation, from the first client meeting to the final hearing. You’ll be responsible for reviewing medical records, preparing cases for hearing, writing hearing briefs and post-hearing memos, and representing clients before VA judges to secure the benefits they deserve. We trust that your expertise will be central to making sure our veterans are heard when it matters most.
