Our rapid growth has led us to seek a dedicated Intake Specialist to enhance our operations in our Greensboro or Winston-Salem, NC office. Qualifications

• Able to work Saturday 10:00am- 4:00pm and Sunday 12pm- 4:00pm and evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Strong listening skills and ability to empathize with potential clients while remaining professional.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Self-starter and eager to learn.
• Strong work ethic.
• Good computer skills and willingness to learn new computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Field calls from potential clients and conduct potential client intakes.
• Review potential client information with Attorney.
• Maintain potential client information in legal case management system.
• Follow-up with potential clients via phone and email.
