Intake Specialist/Firm Investigator
You’ll be the gatekeeper of our firm, our eyes and ears, a bridge between our clients and our attorneys. For you, it’s all in a day’s work.
As intake specialist/firm investigator at the Deuterman Law Group, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, managing the onboarding process and conducting intake interviews. You’ll travel to potential client homes for remote sign-ups, photographing damage to vehicles and accident scenes, delivering crucial documents, and conducting investigative searches. You’ll also conduct witness phone calls and investigative calls to the DMV, LEO, and other agencies. In short, you’ll build rapport with clients and effectively share complex legal information on a daily basis.
