Deuterman Law Group Expands Into Triangle Market With New Durham Office
The Deuterman Law Group has opened a new office in Durham to serve its growing client base in the Triangle.
The Deuterman Law Group is an injury law firm, focusing on Workers’ Compensation; Social Security Disability; Veterans Disability; and Auto, Truck and Motorcycle Accident cases. Headquartered in Greensboro, the law firm also has offices in Winston-Salem, Wilmington and Greenville, N.C.
The new office off Meridian Parkway is anchored by Social Security Disability attorney Billie Guthrie and VA Disability attorney Margaret Wilks. In addition to Social Security and Veterans Disability, Deuterman Law will also continue to handle Workers’ Compensation; Social Security Disability; Veterans Disability; and Auto, Truck and Motorcycle Accident cases through the Durham location.
“Over the past 21 years, Deuterman Law has grown into one of North Carolina’s leading and most trusted injury law firms,” said firm founder and president Dan Deuterman. “We have clients throughout the state, not just in the Triad.”
With the Triangle’s population and jobs growth, as well as the influx of new corporate operations in Raleigh-Durham, it was a logical market for expansion.
“Having a physical location and attorneys based in the Durham area allows us to better serve our clients there and to be more involved in the local community,” Deuterman said.
Community investment and involvement are important corporate values at the Deuterman Law Group. The firm is committed to giving back and being involved in the communities where it has offices. The staff often volunteers together at local organizations and events. Employees are encouraged to volunteer in their local communities, and they are given time off to do so.
“Being involved and engaged in the local community is part of who we are as a company,” Marketing Director Brandon Hillis said. “When we move into a market, we actually want to have a presence there. We don’t want to drive-by serve our clients. We want to be invested in these cities. We want people to see our faces at community events and volunteering with local organizations.”
